Kate Gledhill is the Managing Partner for The Condo Shop Team at KW Philadelphia. She holds a BA from Temple University and is attending Temple RI for her Broker License. She joined TCS in 2014 and has steadily helped grow the company in sales from 57 mm in 2014 to 145 mm in 2018. She supervises the day to day logistics of the company along with the Leadership Team to support the agents in their business. Kate has been involved with the startup and development of many of the TCS family of companies including TCS Management, Rent Philly, Go Commercial, and Black Label. She was integral in establishing the operational structures as well as molding the individual brands. Since TCS joined KW in 2017, Kate has been a member of KW Cares and holds the position of Chair. KW Cares has been one of the most rewarding experiences allowing her to give back to the community and to the Market Center.
