I have been active in both real estate and finance, starting in construction when I was 13 & have experience in most of the construction process. I have 26+ yrs of experience in investment properties: sourcing, structuring, financing, portfolio mgt, & disposition. I have over $800 million in transactions in the markets. I am actively involved in the Realtor community & serve on the Board of Directors for the PA Assn of Realtors (PAR) & the Greater Phila Assn of Realtors (GPAR) & serve on numerous committees with both. I am also an active member of my Neighbourhood Assn. I earned a BBA (summa cum laude) in Finance, & BS in Econ, from GW University. I have completed course work at The Wharton School & McGill Universities. I was selected to the LeadershipPAR program & graduated in 2012. I have CNE & CPM designations & am studying for my Brokers License.
