While I am now located in Austin, Texas, I am equipped to help home buyers and home sellers in Austin and Philadelphia, as well as throughout the US thanks to my agent partnerships within Keller Williams. When working with first time home buyers I enjoy the distinct pleasure helping them find their dream home, no matter what the budget. For my buyer clients I value the process of doing thorough research to find the most unique properties and homes for those “who don’t think they can afford to buy their dream home.” Along with the added factor of helping them to achieve their financial and wealth goals with their newfound real estate investment. I’ve seen first hand how purchasing a home has changed my life, and I strive to help others do the same, no matter what their budget or goals. When working with sellers, it’s all about making the selling experience enjoyable, by providing loyalty, transparency and integrity for all parties involved. I enjoy consulting my seller clients in the home selling process and guiding them to price their home based on the market data at hand for local home sales, as well as negotiating to ensure it’s a win-win for all parties. I negotiate fiercely to ensure my sellers net the most for their home in the least amount of time and that all parties feel as though they are being treated respectfully. Along with my career in real estate, I have a passion for giving back to others and I volunteer my time quarterly at The Ronald McDonald House and mentor young students with the Spark Philadelphia Program, where I am also an advisory board member. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked in digital marketing and SEO. This experience has enhanced my real estate career as I have easily intertwined the two to brand my business and continue to teach the value of digital marketing to other Realtors®. A graduate of Boston University, I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Thus my yearning for becoming a real estate agent.
