Rick Seidman brings a diverse portfolio to the Venture Philly Group.  He has been involved in and owner of many businesses including start-ups and international ventures.  He originally acquired his real estate license for personal projects and investments, but quickly realized there was a serious need for quality agents experienced in these avenues.  Rick now uses his vast experience in new construction, rehabs, and multi-family developments to assist others through every phase of purchasing and listing.  Regardless of the type of sale, Rick is equipped to handle it!  

Rick is a Bucks County native that moved to Philadelphia over 24 years ago to attend Jefferson University.  He has lived in many Center City neighborhoods, but now resides in Ft. Washington
