Roman brings a developer’s perspective to clients looking to sell or buy a home. He is currently developing The Draft House, York Station, and other properties through his development company, Locale. Roman has overseen the development and construction of more than 200 units valued at more than $50,000,000 dollars since 2010. He holds certifications for federal OSHA safety and EPA Lead renovation and is a partner in a construction firm, Northeast Builders. He graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University with a B.S. in Economics.
