Scott is a lifelong resident and Philadelphia geek. He is obsessed with discovering all of Philly’s nooks and crannies, and has a passion for sharing his love for its rich culture, food, and beauty with others.

As a former SAT teacher while studying at the University of Pennsylvania, and as an ongoing guitar instructor and performer ever since graduating in 2013, Scott has always chosen people-centric services to be the linchpin of his career. He derives immense fulfillment from helping others make sure one of the biggest decisions in their life – buying or selling a home – is a smooth and happy process.

When not playing music or working tirelessly to achieve his clients’ goals, Scott spent most of his free time being disappointed by the Philadelphia Eagles until their Superbowl championship in 2018. He has currently replaced that void with the disappointment that the Sixers, Flyers, and Phillies all provide.
