William Rosado Berríos, a born and raised Puertorican, moved to Philadelphia in 2017. He is a  graduate of Rutgers University New Brunswick with B.A.’s in Political Science and Criminal Justice.  One of the things that William loves about Philadelphia is how the uniqueness of each  neighborhood blends together flawlessly to form one vibrant city.  

Prior to beginning his real estate journey, he worked in the Home Care and Accounting industries in  client facing roles. These roles gave William the opportunity to truly understand the importance of  always delivering the best client experience possible. 

He currently resides in Lansdowne with his wife and two cats, Luna & Casper. In his spare time,  William enjoys watching mixed martial arts, reading business books, and hitting the gym. William is  also always available to assist the Spanish speaking community
