Everyone needs a Brittany — This is the phrase we ended up repeating at least twice a week during our house-purchase process. As first-time home buyers, we had done a fair amount of research about the housing market, but there are so many details involved that we didn’t anticipate. Brittany was ever-present throughout the process to explain everything and answer all of our, many, questions (even when I would text her a flurry of questions in a panic on a Friday evening). Initially, we were taking our time looking at houses; Brittany was a great resource, sending us listings tailored to meet our criteria without overwhelming us with options or pushing anything on us. Once we found our house, which happened rather quickly, she immediately got to work to ensure that we were in the best position to be able to put an offer in and, eventually, have our bid accepted. Brittany is extremely approachable, flexible and informative; she utilizes her industry knowledge to ensure her clients have all the information they need to make an informed decision and she has an amazing personality (part of what makes her so fun and easy to work with).
