As first time home buyers, my fiance & I wanted someone who would be there for us every step of the way. Brittany and her team (shout out to Joelle who rocks in her own right!) went above and beyond. Within a week, we were searching Center City for our dream first home. And within two weeks, we had an offer accepted on a home in Grad Hospital. An added bonus? Given that this was a new development, two-unit condo, there were more hoops than I would have ever imagined. Brittany made sure to answer all of my questions (trust me, I had more than a few!) and coordinated with the title company & my lender, every step of the way. Anticipating many of my questions, Brittany made sure to check in often and helped to balance out my “worst-case scenario” mindset.
